Financial Process Solutions (hereafter: FPS) is the consulting practice of drs Freek Stoffel RA RC, contractor in Wassenaar, The Netherlands.

As interim manager (of a department, project or programme) or as Business Architect he is able to be the linking pin between the business management and the ICT organisation in complex SAP environments.

Freek focuses on large Business Transformations in the areas of ICT, Organisation and Finance. These transformations are started by companies, mostly due to the current market conditions, to realise significant inprovements in the areas of:

- Cost reductions ("Total Cost of Ownership");

- Agility;

- Improvement and innovation of customer related services as well as internal (shared) services;

- Optimalisation of the value of IT ('Value Management');

- Reduction of overall complexity.

Freek likes to work on improving the organisation, business processes and -information in such a way that they can stand the requirements of this time: related to the business strategy, 'in control' (transparent, agile), efficient (lean) and compliant.

Based on his in depth knowledge of Finance and ICT he is able to create a balanced solution out of these normally separated areas!
